The District

The District is a mixed use project with 86,000 SF of retail shops and restaurant space. The new buildings are organized around a landscaped parking plaza in which a beautiful entrance to Centennial Lake and Park is created. National name brand retailers and local boutiques reinforce the quality retail character along France Avenue. Located directly across the lake is the two-story restaurant building which captures magnificent views of the lakes and is respectful of the park’s character and scale.
