The Ascent Landscape

One of Dallas’s finest, the Ascent in the heart of Victory Park is designed to match the vibrancy and luxury of the city’s foremost entertainment district. A mixed used building directly overlooking the American Airlines center, its amenity deck offers scenic views of the neon lights and contemporary facades that rise up all around it. The centerpiece of this space is the pool, which has an acrylic transparent edge and slightly cantilevered off the building over Houston St., allowing in-pool viewing to spill out onto the district and generation of street-level intrigue of the pool and its activities.
