Ten50 BBQ

Ten50 BBQ is a local restaurant concept owned and operated by John and Preston Evans. They are expanding into several North Texas markets, including this proposed new location in an existing restaurant-centered development in Grapevine, TX. The Ten50 concept is a more sophisticated, high-end BBQ than most and the proposed finishes and layout support that high-end concept. The plan has both upper and lower level exterior patio seating and an outdoor stage for live music. The interior includes an open area where patrons can watch the smoked meats being cut and prepared. The material and color palette include warm, textural finishes such as stone, brick and breeze-block, and a rusted steel storefront system, railings and trim.
