Stacy Green

At the prominent intersection of US Highway 75 and Stacy Road in Allen, TX, GFF is designing an approximately 72 acre mixed-use development for Glaser Retail Partners and Provident Realty. Stacy Green is designed around the idea of; “Live, Work, Play, Stay”. At full build-out, Stacy Green will include multi-family residential, office, hospitality, entertainment, and a variety of retail and restaurant uses, organized around a public green space. The development will also include amenities such as a hike-and-bike trail, a food-hall, and an outdoor event and dining space. Phase One of the project includes the public infrastructure and pad sites along US Highway 75 and Stacy Road and should be complete late Summer 2019.
