This 236-unit luxury rental multi-family development is located on a 10-acre site assembled from post-war apartment buildings on the edge of the Park Cities. The master plan continues the grid pattern of neighborhood streets and orients buildings to address public streets directly, concealing surface parking behind.
The project contains townhouse-style apartments and breezeway flats, both with a high percentage of direct-access individual garages. The centerpiece of the plan is a tree-lined half-acre private park with a pavilion for picnics and gatherings. In order to meet the needs of a diverse market, the mix offers 16 different unit types from 748 to 2,427 SF. The architectural spirit is Texas contemporary, featuring monochromatic limestone colored brick and stucco with gray standing seam metal roofs.
