The 43,000 SF Mercedes-Benz dealership anchors the site with a centrally located, stainless steel entry while the 23,000 SF Porsche facility occupies the site’s Downtown corner. New car inventory and service for both dealerships are housed in a multi-story garage facility behind the showroom building. Sweeping curves of metal, plaster and wood are found through-out the building’s exterior and interior. The Mercedes-Benz showroom interior design appropriately utilizes textures of fine leather and smooth wood with metal accents. Lifestyle-driven accommodations include walls of flat screen televisions, an espresso bar, children’s entertainment room and wireless internet connections throughout.

The Porsche component focuses on the intricacies of the car as a machine and the lifestyle of those who drive them. An interior inspired by the performance, technology and luxury of the Porsche brand includes smooth metal, sleek woods, cool stone and glass. Lighting treats the auto gallery like a museum.
