Parish Episcopal School Campus Master Plan
Farmers Branch, Texas
In 2002, when the Parish Episcopal School purchased the 50-acre Exxon/Mobil Research Campus designed by I.M. Pei in 1982, a new master plan to convert the office/laboratory to a premier private school was needed. GFF was to convert the 337,000 SF office tower and laboratory /office wing to a 3rd through 12th grade school. The facility readily lent itself to conversion to school classrooms, cafeteria, office space and library. Athletic facilities could be added in the form of new gymnasiums. Laboratory space could be converted to locker and dressing rooms. The adjoining acreage could become athletic fields housing football, track, baseball, softball fields and tennis courts. The original high tech facility for industry now has become a fine private school for industrious youth.
