Overture Fairview Landscape

Not lost in the resort-style amenities and modern design at Greystar Fairview is a comforting warmth reminding its residents they are home. The GFF Landscape team sought to balance the plush and new accommodations with somewhat rustic materials and colors, creating spaces meant to be vibrant, but not over the top. The site features an immense amenity area, featuring a large pool accompanied by shallow water lounge shelf that is slightly elevated off the pool entry. Among the various options for leisure in this amenity courtyard are private cabanas, a semi-covered bar area and a cozy lounge complete with a large stone fireplace. In addition, the layered planting design throughout the grounds, the landscape studio also fully designed an additional quiet courtyard and outer dog park on site.
