North Patrol Division Landscape

Fort Worth, Texas

The City of Fort Worth Sixth Patrol Station represents how visually stunning low-impact landscapes can be. In effort to reduce the landscape maintenance to as very little as possible, the city tasked GFF Landscape to design a lasting periphery to the ultra-sleek new station. The landscape itself features native soft grasses intermixed with agave and cacti, resilient to the extremes of the North Texas climate, while also providing a softening balance with the lightweight and clean design of the building. The landscape warmly greets visitors as they enter and sits as a calming backdrop the building’s open corridors.
