Navarro College at Midlothian – Campus Master Plan

The firm prepared a master plan to guide the expansion of Navarro College to Midlothian on a strategic 43-acre site owned by the City. The “partnership” between the college and the City will result in a multi-phase joint use campus for classrooms, library, performing arts, senior activities and a conference center amidst a heavily tree lined creek site. The first phase of construction included a 25,000 SF, two-story classroom building. Phase 2, now under design, will include a second 25,000 SF classroom building and a new outdoor amphitheater.
