Mockingbird Commons

Mockingbird Commons has been a successful Tom Thumb anchored shopping center for many years, however, the aging building exterior, site lighting and amenities were due for a major remodel.  Regency Centers solicited the expertise of GFF to bring an updated look and feel to the project.  The redevelopment is currently in design.
