Lakeshore Pearl Phase II Landscape

Cypress Real Estate Advisors tasked GFF Architecture and GFF Landscape to create a 235-unit, 5-story addition to the existing Lakeshore Pearl multifamily apartment complex in Austin’s East Riverside neighborhood, one block from the Colorado River.  Two sweeping amenity decks overlook the initial phase of the project and reach toward the river, while pedestrian links connect the new building to an existing creekside trail running along the property.  Planters filled with native wildflowers and succulents frame an outdoor yoga lawn and fire pit area, and a water feature provides ambient noise for the hammock seating, game zone, and shaded outdoor kitchen area.  An infinity edge wraps halfway around the 2700 SF pool, which contains cabana seating, lounge areas, and dipping pools.
