The main building of the Hill Country Honda project is approximately 60,000 square feet and houses the dealership’s primary functions. Spaces in the main building include a high-end showroom, customer service area, and service advisors’ area with amenities providing comfort to both customers and staff. Additional spaces include two levels of parts storage, a service shop, a main car wash, offices and lounge areas, administration, a large training and break room, and a General Manager’s suite. With public, private, and support spaces, the functions of the dealership are met in an elegant and modern setting.
The secondary building is an Express Services building of approximately 6,500 square feet that provides customers with maintenance, inspection, and care of their vehicles. With aesthetics, quality, and durability influencing the facility design, the team has created a place that will be enjoyed by customers and staff for years to come.
