It’s the People Who Make the Place / Ricardo Montoya

Ricardo is a licensed architect, Principal and Director of Technical Resources at GFF with experience managing a broad range of project types of various scales. His project experience includes multiple building typologies such as recreation centers, institutional facilities, multifamily projects, mixed use projects as well as retail and commercial facilities. Ricardo performs various project roles, depending on the project needs, from project oversight to being intimately involved with unique design elements or ideas.

Ricardo enjoys working directly with clients to realize their vision. He has successfully executed projects through close collaboration with the design team, owner team, and contractor team by guiding the development process through land entitlements, building code analysis, material selection, acoustical considerations, cost control efforts, and other key challenges that are unique to each project.
