General Position Requirements:

  • A Degree from an accredited university or HR Certification (preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a HR role
  • Working directly with our COO – Business and HR Leader on a wide range of projects for all three GFF locations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Leading and co-leading ongoing efforts such as compliance, benefits, and policies
  • Be a forward thinker and drive GFF’s culture with innovative ideas in this ‘new normal’
  • Able to accept instructions, execute, and follow-up
  • Able to work with a high level of autonomy
  • Able to produce accurate work and meet deadlines
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to adapt quickly and have flexibility
  • Have a collaborative nature to work with others
  • A passion for bettering our communities
  • Working knowledge of standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
