Holy Spirit Catholic Church Master Plan

Holy Spirit Catholic Church is located on a 9.25 acre site in Duncanville, Texas. The growing congregation desires to update and expand the existing campus to accommodate current needs and projected growth in different church ministry areas. GFF has developed a comprehensive as-ter Plan that analyzes current uses within the facility and makes recommendations for the optimization of existing space. The Master Plan also identifies required additional facilities that can be phased in over time. These include a new 200 seat daily worship chapel, an expanded 1,000 seat worship space, a new community commons space and an expanded pre-school children’s and youth education areas.
