GFF collaborated with Holy Spirit Catholic Church to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for their 9.25-acre site. The plan addresses the growing congregation’s need to update and expand the campus to meet current and future demands. The Master Plan includes a detailed analysis of existing facilities and recommendations for optimizing space use. Additionally, it outlines the phased addition of new facilities to accommodate the church’s expanding ministries.
Key elements of the Master Plan include the construction of a new 200-seat daily worship chapel, the expansion of the main worship space to 1,000 seats, and the creation of a new community commons area. The plan also includes expanded educational facilities for preschool, children, and youth, ensuring that the church can continue to provide comprehensive spiritual and educational programs for all age groups.
These enhancements aim to create a more unified and functional campus that supports the church’s mission of fostering community and spiritual growth. The Master Plan reflects the church’s commitment to meeting the needs of its congregation while maintaining a welcoming and accessible environment.
This project from GFF’s Faith & Community Studio showcases the firm’s dedication to designing spaces that support both spiritual and community engagement, enhancing the overall church experience for its members and the broader community.
