HG SPLY CO and Elias Pope are quickly becoming one of DFW’s most recognizable culinary combinations.  Adding to his diverse line of restaurant concepts, Pope is undertaking his largest project yet along the heavily trafficked Business Highway 114. This facility, HG SPLY CO Base Camp, is composed as a combination of 28,000 SF of restaurant, retail, cafe, co-working, commissary kitchen and outdoor gathering space. Designed with raw and pseudo-industrial elements such as pre-manufactured metal structures and exposed wood framing, the eclectic one-story building will architecturally demonstrate the paleo qualities that have come to define the ethos of HG SPLY CO. Additionally, the project will bring a new aesthetic to a town traditionally defined as a pure suburb. The project is led by Old Town Development and will build on the success of their recently opened Trophy Club Breadwinner’s project next door.
