Greenway Place

Dallas, Texas

Inspired by the universally appealing American rowhouse neighborhoods of Beacon Hill and Georgetown, Greenway Place is designed to offer a more contemporary interpretation of Federal-style townhomes. The development is organized as a 38-house subdivision located along a narrow mews just north of Dallas’ Greenway Parks neighborhood.

The houses are all three-stories high, ranging in size from 1,900 SF to 3,300 SF in size, rendered in brick and trimmed in cast stone with standing seam roofs and squared bay windows projections. Several of the houses have master bedroom suites on the first floor, in order to appeal to affluent empty nester purchasers exiting large Park Cities homes.
