Greenville & Richmond Landscape

The identity of the vibrant Lower Greenville area of Dallas is eclectic in style and rich in local culture. A heavy focus for the Range Water Richmond project was to seek design opportunities meld into this mosaic of strong local businesses and neighborhood. For this multifamily project, the landscape team prioritized a design and material palette that was drawn from the architecture of the surrounding neighborhood. An open entry plaza was designed to be both inviting for those coming into the building, but in the same slightly expanding Richmond Street’s public space. In addition to the direct access its residents will have to the district, the landscape team designed a modern pool deck for the complex as well. The focus of this space is a picturesque pool, raised with softly rustling infinity edging. The space offers many opportunities to lounge and recreate, including glass firepits and poolside cabanas. Vivid artwork was used in this space, to celebrate the neighborhood and city connection.
