Federales Deep Ellum

Located at a prominent intersection in the eclectic Deep Ellum neighborhood in Dallas, Sterling Bay is bringing their Federales concept to Dallas.  The gritty tequila bar and restaurant concept will feature two retractable skylights, one over the beer garden and bar areas.  GFF worked with Sterling Bay’s Chicago-based designer, Studio-K Creative, to develop the Dallas-version of the concept to fit in with the eclectic, urban vernacular of Deep Ellum.  Exterior design elements include back-lit perforates steel panel cladding and a Kundig-style door system at the pick-up area.  Federales is scheduled to open in January 2022.
