Dean Hageman is an Associate Principal and Senior Design Leader with GFF, Inc

Dean is a licensed architect and Associate Principal and Senior Design Leader at GFF. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Architecture in 2004. After several years of practicing architecture on many different project types including single family and multi-family residential, office and large international mixed use projects, he continued his education in real estate development at New York University where he received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate in 2014. Dean is passionate about design and serves on the Dallas AIA Design Awards committee and continually strives to improve the design and experiential aspects of a project from initial conception through documentation and construction.

Dean enjoys working with and listening to clients to understand their unique vision and needs on a project in order to develop the best and most appropriate design solutions.  Through his success designing and leading projects of multiple types and sizes he excels in collaborating with the Owner, Contractor and entire team to provide design and technical expertise.

“The tower will have floor-to-ceiling glass with planes to extend past the floor slabs at each end. The two retail buildings will be positioned on either side of the office tower with one building designed for several fast-casual restaurants and the other building planned for one upscale eatery. An activated park in the middle of the site will include a variety of seating and pedestrian-friendly pathways to enhance walkability and connection with the surrounding community.”

GFF’s Austin Office Set To Open

Award-winning multi-disciplinary design firm GFF will open an Austin office on April 2, 2018. The 125-person Dallas and Fort Worth-based practice will offer architectural, interior design, master planning and landscape architectural services from their new office at 800 Brazos Street in downtown Austin.
