Dallas Theological Seminary – Chapel and Student Life Center

GFF is currently preparing construction documents for a new 500-seat Chapel and Student Life Center for Dallas Theological Seminary. GFF’s work with DTS began with preparation of a master plan to identify the site for the new building, along with enhancement of the campus green, improved parking and pedestrian safety, renovation and rehabilitation priorities for existing facilities, and disposition of existing buildings with major systems nearing the end of their useful life. In addition to the Chapel, the new build-ing includes large and small gathering spaces to build community and support both academic and student life programs, a Café and catering space for students and special events, and workspace for 20 faculty and staff.
