Cobb Farm

GFF developed a master land use plan and provided zoning processing assistance for this 458-acre family ranch in the path of northward expansion along the future alignment of the Dallas North Tollway. In order to achieve a significant amount of retail and multi-family zoning, planned development conditions were written to ensure pedestrian connectivity between retail and residential and promote an urban arrangement of multi-family units within those tracts.
