CityLine Market is a community shopping center anchored by Whole Foods. Sited within a 186-acre master planned mixed use development, the larger complex is also home to State Farm Insurance’s cor-porate headquarters. Our client, Regency Centers, wanted to connect to the commu-nity’s personality through notable architec-ture, popular outdoor spaces, eye catching signage and distinctive retail storefronts. GFF was honored to design CityLine Market as a pedestrian friendly urban component situated among a large-scale commercial and residential development. In addition to the 40,500 SF Whole Foods Market, CityLine Market includes 36,000 SF of restaurants and shops.
