Carroll Pointe

Blocks from the popular Southlake Town Square at the corner of SH-114 and Carroll Avenue, Carroll Pointe is a 45,000 SF retail and restaurant development currently under construction. Three buildings, each similar in size and with a distinct architectural style, have been situated along the Carroll Avenue frontage to provide a strong street presence and visual screening of the parking fields.
