AT&T Box Office Pavilion

Dallas, Texas

Good things come in small packages. The latest project in the Dallas Arts District is also one of the smallest. At 1,366 SF the pristine glass box pavilion will deliver a ticketing venue that is easily accessed from Flora Street, an AT&T experience wall that can be viewed from the plaza and a small café that will utilize the space outside of the building as well as that indoors.

Located on the west end of Sammons Plaza, the new AT&T Performing Arts Center Box Office Pavilion will incorporate the stair tower and mechanical vent shaft for the current AT&T Performing Arts Center Red Parking Garage below into the new building. The pavilion is designed to be seen from all sides including the roof. The project will include floor to ceiling transparent glass on the three sides that face the plaza and an opaque glass surface on the west wall and roof to provide both a visibly finished surface and the necessary solar protection for the building’s occupants.

Foster + Partners served as the Design Architect for this project with GFF serving as the Architect-of-Record.
