Alta Luna

Located in the city of Farmers Branch, an area flush with professionals and students alike, Alta Luna is a five building, 260-unit apartment complex that fits into the larger Mercer Crossing master plan. The overall Mercer Crossing development is a culmination of years of planning with the City of Farmers Branch that will include apartments, homes, retail and commercial space near a major transportation hub. The Alta Luna project highlights some of the contemporary Texas style elements encouraged for the entire development, and has a unique massing that makes it distinctly its own. A striking amenity building with angular, slipping geometries sits at the front of the project and draws people into a well-organized site. The project is surrounded by a pedestrian trail and the largest of the site’s buildings is nestled at a lakefront that will provide serene, marketable views out over the water.
