Alexan Lower Greenville Landscape

Located near the thriving Lower Greenville area in Dallas, the massive podium project created an opportunity to produce highly immersive outdoor amenity spaces. Headlining the space is a chain of pools, connected by shallow wading channels and a lounge shelf, spanning the broad and heavily activated amenity deck. This waterway links the sequence of programed spaces carved out within the complex’s architecture, inviting guests to an ever-ranging selection of leisurely pursuits. Amongst the programed elements include an outdoor kitchen area, glass firepit, and media area in addition to a wide selection of lounging opportunities. Tucked inside the building lies a quitter courtyard space, featuring two lawn patches that lay on opposite sides of a small pergola gathering space. This courtyard features various gaming opportunities as well as ample space to socialize and lounge.
