Alexan Henderson

Alexan Henderson is a multi-family residential development comprised of six separate buildings across four adjacent properties, all within walking distance to Henderson Avenue, one of Dallas’ most popular restaurant and entertainment districts.  The project includes three 3-story apartments with tuck-under parking, two townhouse complexes with individual garages, and a 4-story apartment wrap around a concrete parking garage for a total of 321 units and 416 beds.

Over 8,000 SF of amenities have been distributed throughout the development including a resort style swimming pool, outdoor club, indoor club, fitness center, business centers, dog parks, dog wash rooms, and a 4th-floor sky lounge and outdoor patio offering spectacular views of the Dallas Skyline.

The exterior design palette of burnished block, stucco, and warm wood tones reflect the eclectic Henderson neighborhood.  Drought tolerant landscaping compliments this palette and provides areas where local sculpture artists can showcase their work.
