Alexan Cityline

Trammell Crow Residential will serve as the master residential developer for a four-block, 1,100-unit apartment community west of the Bush-Central DART station and the State Farm Cityline campus in Richardson. This first phase of this Transit-Oriented Development consists of 351 apartment units and 9,160 SF of restaurant and retail space in a 5-story building wrapping around an above-grade parking structure. The project was designed to respond to a form-based code with significant urban requirements, also written by GFF.
