This project is located at the corner of McKinney Ave and Blackburn Street adjacent to West Village. Forest City Residential purchased the 3-acre site from Cityplace Company. The 37,000 SF ground floor retail and restaurant components, to be purchased by Cityplace Company at completion, will extend the street-level energy and vitality of West Village. The residential component of 3700 M consist of a 21-story, 257-unit high rise tower and 124 units of mid-rise wood frame residential in 4 stories located atop the retail podium. Parking is provided for 836 cars in the 7-level parking garage. Atop a portion of the parking structure will be an elevated amenity terrace with spectacular downtown skyline views.
