Portrait of a GFFer: Ashley Hall

Meet Ashley Hall. Ashley was born in Connecticut, but is a North Carolina native (Panther Nation!). She received her Bachelor of Interior Design from LSU and she bleeds purple and gold. GEAUX TIGERS. Buga Nation! See below for more fun facts about Ashley!

  1. Favorite Color: Green.
  2. Food/Drinks I can’t live without: Iced Coffee, Zoe’s Kitchen, Popsicles, and Peanut Butter (I put this on everything…favorite is on waffles or pancakes).
  3. I spent a month and a half following graduation road tripping through the southwest, Cali coast, PNW, northwest, middle America, and back down south (15 states total).
  4. Out of the office you can find me: Outside, traveling, cycling, painting (watercolor), yard sales, concert going or at the record store.
  5. I am 6’1, a “tall hall” (family wide nickname),  and am frequently asked if I play basketball or volleyball. The best so far has been being mistaken as Missy Franklin, the Olympic medalist swimmer (this has happened twice now). That being said, I’ve tried almost every sport, but grew up on the tennis court. Once at LSU, I rowed crew and played lacrosse.
  6. I’ve broken several bones starting at 10 months old. I fractured my femur (which my parents still don’t know how this happened to this day) and 3 months later gained a broken wrist. Therefore, I acquired the nickname “Crashley,” which has stuck ever since.
  7. I love dogs and will own a Great Dane named Moose one day.
  8. Mountains > The Beach
  9. Being able to touch my toes is still a challenge I am struggling to defeat.
  10. I love paper goods and have boxes full of collected photos, art prints, cards/letters, notes, and cut outs for daily inspiration. Lately, it’s been postcards.
