Have you met Ted?

PRESS RELEASE – February 28, 2014 – GFF has officially put down roots in Fort Worth with a new office and seventh architectural studio led by Ted Gupton, AIA. Gupton, a sixth generation Fort Worth native with more than 35 years of project management and architectural experience, will serve as the Managing Director.

“Fort Worth is booming and the demand for excellence in architecture, interior design and planning services is expanding,” said Gupton. “I look forward to providing clients with the highest levels of creativity, reliability, quality and customer service.”

In recent years, GFF has completed projects such as West 7th and So7 in Tarrant County.

“Having a meaningful presence for GFF in Fort Worth is something we have wanted to do for a long time,” said Chairman, Larry Good, FAIA, AICP, LEED AP. “But we refused to pull the trigger until we had the right guy…one who shares our culture and with whom we have had a long relationship. Ted Gupton is the right guy.”

The new office will function as the firm’s seventh architectural studio with a goal of growing to 10-15 personnel.

“With GFF’s strong management team to support and direct our pursuit of new opportunities, together with some of the best creative people in the industry, achieving our objective of growing one of the preeminent architecture practices in Fort Worth is a very exciting opportunity for me,” said Gupton.
