Elcoteq

Elcoteq is a Finland-based manufacturer of electronic components for cellular telephones. The company selected a location in the clean industrial suburb of Apodaca, ten miles north of Monterrey, Mexico for its only facility in the Western Hemisphere. GFF programmed and designed this 7,776 square meter (83,670 SF) plant to include production floor, offices and warehouse, constructed of steel frame with tilt-up concrete panel skin. Stiva was the local developer and design-build contractor.
