Park Place Jaguar-Land Rover North Austin

Located at State Highway 45 and Parmer Lane, Park Place Jaguar – Land Rover North Austin broke ground in the summer of 2018. This narrow site over the Edward’s Aquifer Recharge Zone poised a number of design challenges to integrate the manufacturer’s new image standards with the City of Austin’s site design and environmental requirements. The eventual solution necessitated juxtaposing the service program with the showroom program along the primary frontage, in addition to the inclusion of a 5-story precast garage to provide minimum dealer required parking for the project.

The 65,000 SF dealership features a large, glass enclosed showroom that will accommodate 12 vehicles. The project will include a 42-bay service shop, a 34-seat customer lounge, and a 9-car service drive. The facility is projected to open first quarter of 2020.
