Reagan Place at Old Parkland

Reagan Place is a four-story, 55,000 SF office building occupying a highly visible site on campus immediately adjacent to the Dallas North Tollway. The classically composed façades of brick and stone relate directly to the historic buildings on the site as well as to Woodlawn Hall immediately east of the building. These two buildings help to enclose and form an intimate semi-circular motor court at the termination of Old Parkland Drive. It was imperative that the landscape not only blend and extend the existing landscape design elements of the campus, but create an individual and iconic plaza space in front of the building. Our design created a pedestrian feel while extending vehicular connectivity. Outdoor terraces with varying panoramic views occur at each of the upper levels of the building.
