The Stewart Organization selected an existing 47,000 SF, two-story warehouse and manufacturing space to renovate into permanent offices for its Irving location. The space incorporates 17,000 SF of first floor warehouse space, 27,000 SF of individual offices, and a 4,000 SF demonstration room.
A two-story feature wall of undulating blue panels anchors the lobby and is the unifying element of the first and second floors. The second floor organizes into two halves. In the first half, individual offices are organized into three centralized pods each identified by individual bands of color. Glass sidelights at the corners of each pod and full height glass office fronts around the perimeter assist in opening up the space. The second half of the floor is a series of client related spaces that serve the demonstration room. A vast wall of high gloss, blue tile expresses the entrance. At the main focus of the room this location, staggered rectilinear light boxes and a metal curtain backdrop showcase the most prominent equipment. Glass conference rooms anchor the demonstration room, and are served by a client break room.
