Composed of 220 residential units and 21,000 SF of retail, Post Square is an important model for pedestrian-scaled urban mixed use. The combination of ground-level retail, service and restaurant uses with housing organized in three and four levels, contributes to the pedestrian density and vitality of the popular McKinney Avenue Uptown District.

GFF provided schematic design, including the design guidelines and retail guidelines. KSNG Architects served as Architect-of-Record.
