Frisco Kids Dentistry

Saddle up to the Frisco Kids Dentistry, where young boot-stomping city slickers will embark on a dental adventure in the first phase of a one-story build-to-suit medical office building. The design features a rough-and-tumble limestone-clad exterior reminiscent of Texas forts from the early frontier days. An oversized sheriff’s badge accentuates the theme and is designed to engage children from the moment they set foot on the site. Construction on the first 15,000 SF building will start in April 2009. Designed for future expansion, the second phase will consist of an additional 15,000 SF building. A porte cochere is designed to link the initial building with the expansion phase and will be built in the first phase.
