Clearfork Office Building

Fort Worth, Texas

Cassco Development Co. commissioned GFF to design a pair of office towers and shared structured parking for a 12-acre site at the northwest corner of the newly opened Chisholm Trail Parkway and Clearfork Main Street in Clearfork.

The first of the twin six story towers encompasses approximately 170,000 SF of Class A office space. Smith and Nephew, a global medical technology business, will occupy two of the six floors upon completion (50.000 SF). Additional office space is available for lease through JLL.

The concrete frame structure will be clad in high efficiency glass, brick and Texas limestone. A precast concrete parking garage will provide parking for the two towers. Now under construction, delivery of the first tower is scheduled for August 2016. Austin Industries is the general contractor and Woodbine Development is managing the project for Cassco. RLG Consulting Engineers designed the structure and Schmidt & Stacy provided Mechanical and Electrical engineering for the project. Peloton Land Solutions provided civil engineering services and Bowen Landscape provided landscape design.

This is Cassco’s second assignment for GFF, which now has full service offices in Dallas and Fort Worth. GFF also designed the 12,000 square foot Trailhead Cycle and Fitness building, completed this fall by Muckleroy &Falls Construction. Mellow Johnny’s Bike Shop is now open for business, Pedal Hard Training will be opening this month, and Press Café is scheduled to open in early 2016.
