The proposed Master Plan features a pedestrian walkway that links a series of buildings and outdoor spaces, positioned along an existing utility easement. In some cases, fabric tarps are utilized for sun protection along the walkway, which can be removed if needed to access underground utilities. The plan includes a new 2,500 seat Worship Center and Community atrium/lobby. Further to the west, a café with outdoor dining terrace is located in a separate building that also provides approximately 8,000 s.f. of commercial lease space. New buildings are configured to create outdoor gathering spaces and an a courtyard that will accommodate a variety of outdoor activities, including an outdoor amphitheater, a water spray park, and informal areas for recreation and fellowship.
The western portions of the property will be developed as a Community green space that will include a pond, walking paths, outdoor pavilions, a 250 seat wedding Chapel and a permanent location for the Tabernacle. Additionally, approximately 50,000 s.f. of commercial lease space and additional parking will be available and in close proximity to these campus amenities.
