Ted Gupton is a Managing Director with GFF, Inc

Mr. Gupton serves as the Managing Director of GFF’s Fort Worth office. With more than 35 years of professional experience in real estate and architecture, he brings to GFF a seasoned mix of licensed architect, project manager, owner’s representative, asset manager, tenant coordinator, director of business development and manager of construction and pre-construction services.

He began his career as an architect working with Howard Barnstone, FAIA on residential projects for Dominique de Menil and Family and corporate work for Shclumberger, Ltd.  Mr. Gupton also worked with Komatsu Architects and operated his own practice in the late 1980’s. Success followed with partnerships with real estate developer Treptow, Murphree, and Company and as a founding partner of Trademark Property Company. His work with Linbeck, Inc. and Beck, two highly respected and successful Texas based construction companies, broadened his expertise to include preconstruction and construction management.

Mr. Gupton has served his community as a member of the Board of Governors, Texas Ballet Theatre, Development Committee Member with Fort Worth South, and currently as President of the Board of Van Zandt Cottage Friends, Inc. Ted graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
