Rick Myers is a Principal with GFF, Inc

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Myers graduated from Kansas State University in 1996 (B. Architecture and Minor in Urban Planning). He then joined GFF, and is currently a principal, with 20 years of experience. He manages the corporate retail building program for the national home furnishings retailer, Crate&Barrel. He has had overall responsibility for 40+ home store assignments completed in the last 20 years, including some of the brand’s ‘CB2’ stores. One of the firm’s thought leaders in Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Rick has completed or initiated a variety of projects using this innovative approach to project delivery.

He is a registered architect in 13 states and is a member of several professional societies and organizations, most notably the AIA, the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and the Real Estate Council (TREC). Rick is an alumni of TREC’s “Associate Leadership Council” (ALC) Program (2003-2004), and has previously served on the ALC Alumni Association Steering Committee. He is an alumni of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce’s “Leadership Dallas” Program (2006-2007) and is a past Trustee at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Dallas, where he most recently served as the Vice-Chairman of the Building Committee for a new classroom building. Rick lives in Dallas (Lake Highlands) with his wife and two daughters.
