Jeff Good is a Principal with GFF, Inc

Mr. Good has practiced architecture for 40 years and is a recognized leader in the design of shopping centers and retail projects, having completed 17 million square feet of space for more than 50 clients, including the first LEED pre-certified retail project in the North Texas Region. Many of Jeff’s design ideas grow into regional trends and even industry standards, particularly in the areas of site planning and signage systems. Some of his strengths include integration of green building principles for commercial projects, tenant mix evaluation, construction cost effectiveness, renovation opportunities, storefront design and experience with most national tenants. In addition, he has significant experience in religious and educational facility architecture. Jeff joined the firm in 1983 was named a Principal in 2002.

Jeff has won design awards for such varied projects as nature centers, churches, libraries, and shopping centers. He has served as a speaker on Green Building initiatives for the local Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM) chapter, and is an active member of the AIA, TSA and ICSC. He is an award-winning painter as well as a signature member and past President of the Southwestern Watercolor Society. Jeff is a past board member to the City of Dallas’ “Loving My Community.”
